Every guide on Pimpernel is free: read the lot, use every tool, pay nothing. But some things you only want to get wrong once: a letter that has to be phrased right, a dossier the préfecture will pick apart, a steer before a decision you can't easily undo. For those, have a real person at Pimpernel, Will or Jenny, actually check your work before it goes. That's the bit an algorithm can't do, and it's the only thing we charge for.

Before you submit on ANEF, we go through your carte-de-séjour dossier: the e-photo trap, the missing justificatif, the wrong category, the resources evidence. Then we tell you exactly what the préfecture would bounce.
Something else stuck? Thirty minutes with a real person who's actually done it (the move, the admin, the school run, the septic tank) to talk through whatever's on your plate and point you the right way.
Prices are our proposed launch rates: one honest fee per job, nothing metered, nothing hidden. Pimpernel Life includes three letter checks a year; dossier reviews and settling-in calls stay one-off. A one-off bought here is credited against membership if you join within 30 days.
